Main component to the mixed development, providing transition space while complimenting the anchor tenant. Jointly in charge in the setting of the first hypermarket for Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad. Mydin Hypermarket Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan – 2006 Mydin Hypermarket Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu Darul Iman – 2006 Mydin Hypermarket Kubang Kerian, Kelantan Darul Naim – 2010 Mydin Hypermarket Manjoi, Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan – 2011 Assigned to look into a new concept of a hypermarket with a Malaysian touch and bringing it to an international standard. This exercise also involved rebranding MYDIN as new brand name in the hypermarket sector. Emphasis placed on giving this hypermarket a unique ambiance to suit Malaysian lifestyle and to upgrade to a better shopping experience for the lower and middle income group.
